Responsible for providing timely information and financial reports to the President / CEO; ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial reports; efficient management of the Company's funds; ensuring that all investments are secured; and that all claims and matters beneficial to the Company are obtained and accounted for. The role involves working with Audit for tax compliance, addressing issues, and improving controls within the Company, as well as overseeing all activities by Finance and its subsidiaries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Manager in finance
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred but not mandatory, depending on experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced skills in spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
  • Motivator, team player, results-oriented
  • Self-motivated learner, initiates activities for personal improvement and development
  • Extensive knowledge of general accounting processes and systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and understanding of business processes and systems optimization
  • Comfortable interacting with personnel at all management levels across various departments
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting
  • Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions
  • Deep understanding of financial systems and business administration
