Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries regarding HR policy and procedure, the HR Portal and HR self-service forms associated with HR transactions
  • Interact with managers and employees via e-mail, web requests, live chat and phone
  • Accept and route requests for assistance via telephone, e-mail, live chat, and web forms; work directly with customers to resolve recurring or standard problems
  • Gather information and record data in HR tools
  • Monitor transaction status and escalate as necessary
  • Prepare error-free written communications including e-mails and letters
  • Escalate appropriate actions to other parties
  • Follow up with customers to ensure completion of tasks within performance parameters
  • Generate daily and weekly incident reporting and translate/create documents as necessary
Work Environment
  • Night shift to accommodate NAMER and LATAM operations (flexibility required)
  • Prolonged PC and telephone usage in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle high volumes of work orders; works in a team environment; interacts with multiple internal and external customers
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree (Psychology, Human Resource Management) or equivalent
  • Ability to work on the night shift
  • 1-2 years of related experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
