About the role

We are seeking a talented Trade Marketing Project Officer to join our dynamic team at PRL SpeedUp Inc'. As a Trade Marketing Project Officer, you will play a crucial role in executing and delivering high-impact trade marketing initiatives to drive business growth and brand visibility in the Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila region. This is a full-time position based in our Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement tailored trade marketing campaigns and activations to support the overall marketing strategy

  • Manage the execution of promotional activities, trade shows, and in-store merchandising to enhance brand presence and drive sales

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of trade marketing initiatives

  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns, using data to continuously optimize and improve performance

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new opportunities for trade marketing initiatives

  • Assist in the development of trade marketing budgets and monitor expenditure to ensure efficient use of resources

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a trade marketing or retail marketing role, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry

  • Strong understanding of trade marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritized effectively

  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting to measure the success of trade marketing campaigns

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative trade marketing solutions

  • Familiarity with retail merchandising and in-store activation techniques
