Overview

Responsibilities
  • Build, own, and optimize dashboards to provide clear, real-time insights that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Design effective wireframes, ensuring that the structure and layout of the dashboards meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Leverage skills in data storytelling to transform complex data into compelling visual narratives, making insights easy to understand and actionable for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Independently deliver full Business Intelligence solutions to aid in generating insights and support decision making across Guest experience and Consumer Insights domains.
  • Lead impactful initiatives and mentor others through deep familiarization of data assets, computing tools, and data visualization.
Key Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, and other related fields (Information Technology, Operations Research, Data Science) or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
  • Experience with dashboards and BI development
  • Insights generation experience
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL experience
