About the Role
The Team Administrator, Pursuits & Submissions is responsible for managing the distribution of tender notifications and providing high quality administrative support to the Pursuits & Submissions Team with the focus on timely and accurate delivery, under minimal supervision.
The incumbent will role model the SJ Group values, ethics and code of conduct and ensure all business activities are carried out in accordance with these guiding principles.
Key Accountabilities
- Undertake a proactive role in coordinating and distributing incoming tender notifications and opportunities to the appropriate stakeholders across the business; Compilation and coordination of project specific systems and procedures that assist in the development and production of key deliverables;
- Undertake administrative activities that contribute to high quality and compliant tender documents and the effective and efficient management of the team; Provide market and wider company support and adhere to the SJ Group policies and procedures;
- Develop effective and collaborative relationships with internal contacts and external stakeholders that contribute to the success of the business.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent course work.
- Has 4+ years' experience in an administrative role within a corporate environment.
