Minimum Qualifications:

  1. College graduate with or without BPO experience
  2. OR 6 to 12 months of experience for College 2nd Year Undergraduate or Diploma/Associate/Vocational Graduate.
  3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Office preferred.
  4. Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  5. Willing to work on shifting schedules.
  6. Amenable to work onsite in Shaw, Mandaluyong.

Tasks:


• Interact with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget constraints.


• Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, travel products, accommodations, transportation options, and activities.


• Plan and create customized itineraries based on clients' requirements.


• Coordinate and book travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to clients' timelines.


• Research and stay up-to-date on travel trends and industry developments.


• Negotiate with travel suppliers to secure competitive rates and exclusive deals.


• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues or concerns during clients' travel.


• Assist clients with travel-related documentation, such as visas, passports, and travel insurance.


• Handle client inquiries, changes, and cancellations promptly and professionally.


• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all bookings and transactions.


• Build strong relationships with clients and foster long-term loyalty.


• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the agency.
