Graphic Design Role

This is a Graphic Designer position at a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company.

The ideal candidate will assist the in-house design team with graphic design and marketing duties for multiple businesses.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing sourcing and marketing strategies, profiling target candidates, and identifying appropriate sourcing and marketing levers.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Seamlessly convert ideas into images, layouts, and other designs.
• Design Process: Contribute to the comprehensive design process from conception to design, proofing, and production.
• Project Support: Assist the design team with layout and design of projects including brochures, web content, social media assets, invitations, signage, and other graphics.
• Project Requirements: Understand project requirements and adhere to specifications and branding guidelines.
• Marketing Support: Support the marketing department as needed with special projects, admin tasks, tracking metrics, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Proficiency: Proficiency with design platforms including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design.
• Portfolio: A compelling portfolio of work over a variety of creative projects.
• Communication: Strong initiative and ability to communicate about creative concepts with colleagues.
• Trends: Understanding of trends and best practices for using graphics to communicate effectively via digital channels and with diverse audiences.
• Planning: Ability to plan ahead and meet deadlines on complex and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Creative Teamwork: Experience working with internal creative teams, navigating projects to completion, helping manage, and creating strong working relationships.
• Modern Marketing: Knowledge of modern marketing and technology, and the ability to quickly understand complex concepts and explain to stakeholders.
• Data Analysis: Experience working with data, analytics, and research to iterate and test.
