We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team to scale our product offerings to the advertising industry.


Contract Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage influencer/creator projects through daily internal and external coordinations to meet project timelines.
  2. Work closely with the account executive from briefing to production stage of social media campaigns.
  3. Client facing support to be activated as needed.
  4. Ensure the quality of production from creators involved, ensuring that the campaign objectives are met.
  5. Maintain rapport with creators to create smooth ways of working.
  6. Prepare analysis and recommendation for campaign production as needed in monthly business reports.
  7. Monitor campaign publishing, and ensure timely transactions with creators with the accounts and finance team.
  8. Prepare and accomplish administrative tasks properly and timely.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  1. Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in Project Management, Accounts Servicing from an advertising agency or graduated from Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
  2. Strong organization and campaign management skills are required, with the use of Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite. Monday.com background is a plus.
  3. Able to manage tight deadlines and negotiate with stakeholders.
  4. Strong understanding and interest in advertising and media industry, consumer trends on social media.
  5. Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and YouTube.
  6. Passionate about new media and digital content, with strong interest in social media content creation.
  7. Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational and business-judgement skills.
  8. An appetite for changes, empathetic and proactive.
  9. Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders at a time.

As a revenue accelerator for creators, Bent Pixels Asia connects premium creators with brands to produce and distribute video content at scale through branded campaigns and YouTube reserve media campaigns.
