Core Skills:

  • Oracle SCM and ERP cloud implementation experience, with a strong preference of hands-on experience with one or more of the modules: SCP, ERP, Procurement.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, FBDi (File Based Data Integration)
  • Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
  • Hands-on formulation of business and technical requirements to set the direction for corresponding solution delivery aligned to business goals
  • Must be willing to work nontraditional business house for client demands

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of Oracle SCM and ERP cloud implementation experience, with a strong preference of hands-on experience with one or more of the modules: SCP, ERP, Procurement
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, XML, Web Services, APIs (SOAP/ Rest), Business Intelligence (FDI/ OAC) is preferable.
  • Previous related industry and consulting experience in competing product sets along with a minimum of 1-year of hands-on cloud experience may be entertained (Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Workday, etc.)
  • Demonstrated analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required
  • Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning
  • Apply technical knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with functional consulting staff on company engagement teams, in the implementation of business-aligned/driven Oracle SCM and ERP Cloud solutions.
