Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process to ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent in a timely and efficient manner. This role supervises the recruitment team, develops sourcing strategies, and ensures compliance with company hiring standards and labor regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day recruitment operations, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements across departments.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
Oversee job postings, sourcing strategies, and partnerships with job boards, schools, and recruitment agencies.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various roles, particularly for key or specialized positions.
Facilitate candidate testing, reference checks, and job offers in alignment with internal guidelines.
Ensure all recruitment activities and documents comply with labor laws and internal policies.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and analytics for reporting to management.
Lead employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
Train and guide junior recruiters and HR assistants to ensure consistent and quality hiring practices.
Recommend and implement process improvements in talent acquisition.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong interviewing, assessment, and sourcing skills.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and online job platforms.
Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
