Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process to ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent in a timely and efficient manner. This role supervises the recruitment team, develops sourcing strategies, and ensures compliance with company hiring standards and labor regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day recruitment operations, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements across departments.

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.

  • Oversee job postings, sourcing strategies, and partnerships with job boards, schools, and recruitment agencies.

  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various roles, particularly for key or specialized positions.

  • Facilitate candidate testing, reference checks, and job offers in alignment with internal guidelines.

  • Ensure all recruitment activities and documents comply with labor laws and internal policies.

  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and analytics for reporting to management.

  • Lead employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.

  • Train and guide junior recruiters and HR assistants to ensure consistent and quality hiring practices.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and sourcing skills.

  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and online job platforms.

  • Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
