SPS Engineer (Scheduled Plant Shutdown)Job Roles
  • Track, monitor and follow up the status or progress of Purchase Request (material) needed for SPS. Ensure that all the needed spare parts and material are available at least Two (2) months before the SPS
  • Evaluate the technical offer of the contractors or vendors on the SPS activities according to their competencies and qualifications.
  • Coordinate with the area owners, planning engineers, department concern, and purchasing team on the SPS activities and ensure that the schedule is being fulfilled.
  • Track, monitor and follow-up the status of Purchase Requests/Purchase Order of all Scheduled Plant Shutdown (SPS) contracted activities.
  • Track and update the daily progress of the contractors and In-house versus the planned schedule
  • Ensure that critical activities, especially those from previous shutdown findings, are carefully reviewed, and necessary actions and planning are implemented for the next SPS.
Requirements
  • Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering with at least 2-3 Experience in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
