Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Account Manager located in Makati. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction, account management, customer service, lead generation, and effective communication with clients.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Account Management and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in IT sales or account management
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Responsibilities

  • Expand the company's market reach by generating new enterprise accounts
  • Develop existing corporate revenues by establishing strategic account plans
  • Protect the company from competitive threats
  • Meet assigned expectations by achieving company target and profitability
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process from proposal delivery to solution development
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
