AC TE – Access and Cabling Technical Expert
NCR / Field-Based (Telecom Infrastructure Projects)

Job Description:

We are hiring an Access and Cabling Technical Expert (AC TE) to manage the end-to-end delivery of permanent and temporary power for telecommunications projects. The ideal candidate is an experienced Registered Electrical Engineer who understands utility processes, permitting, and quality control, and can manage subcontractors on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage E2E permanent power delivery, including coordination with government agencies for permitting

  • Maintain strong working relationships with power utility companies; knowledgeable of internal processes

  • Oversee quality assurance and acceptance processes for telecom cabling and access infrastructure

  • Lead and manage subcontractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery

  • Ensure adherence to telecom standards in access and cabling work

  • Provide site support and troubleshoot implementation issues as needed

  • Willingness to travel to various project sites

Qualifications:

  • Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) – required

  • 3+ years of experience in permanent and temporary power delivery in the telecom industry

  • Background in electrical engineering, with Site Acquisition (SAQ) experience as a plus

  • Knowledgeable in government permitting and power utility coordination

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

  • Willing to travel and work under pressure in fast-paced environments

  • Experience dealing with Meralco and other local power distributor, knowledgeable in AC/DC rectifiers, Genset
