Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Key Accounts to lead and manage our most critical modern trade customers across the national landscape. This is a high-impact leadership role within our Customer Development team, responsible for driving sustainable growth, building strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional execution across key accounts.
As a senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial agenda, influencing cross-functional teams, and delivering customer-centric solutions that align with our global FMCG brand's vision and growth ambitions.
The Successful Applicant
- Must have at least 10 years of experience in FMCG sales or customer development
- A strong background in managing national key accounts and leading teams to deliver commercial results is critical.
- The role demands a high level of financial literacy, negotiation expertise, and the ability to build and maintain influential relationships with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
