Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, fostering relationships with prospective clients, and helping to drive the company's growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and set the foundation for long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs in call services, back-office support, and administrative solutions.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and best practices in the BPO industry.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Success: A track record of achieving sales targets, ideally in a BPO or related setting.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Independent and Driven: Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision and consistently achieve results.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools and sales technologies.
- Lead Generation Expertise: Demonstrated ability to identify and secure high-quality leads.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required.
- Experience in sales or business development within the healthcare or BPO sector is a plus.
Salary: ₱38k to ₱57k/month
