GoTyme Bank is seeking a CS Team Lead to oversee the customer service team, improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction, and support team members to perform effectively. The role involves driving performance, managing escalations, fostering a positive team culture, implementing solutions, and providing regular feedback and coaching to Personal Bankers to achieve OKRs.

Responsibilities
  • Complaints Handling: supervise calls, assist walk-in customers, manage cross-functional escalations, and address appeasement and clawback issues.
    • Build a "Customer First" Mindset: coach and mentor the team to put customers first; align processes and projects with the goal of being the #1 bank with excellent customer service; develop a best-in-class CS team that delivers memorable customer experiences (online and social channels).
      • CS Team Management: coach, mentor, and supervise the team daily; monitor SLA and CSAT scores to ensure top-tier service; participate in onboarding and training of CS team members; identify gaps to improve service delivery.
      Must haves
      • 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, or Retention
      • 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead/Manager; background in Financial Services, Banking, Technology, Logistics, Telecommunications, or related industries preferred
      • Experience in voice, non-voice, and social media channel management
      • Amenable to hybrid work-from-home plus onsite/office setup
      • Amenable to flexible/shifting work schedule
