About the Role:

As our Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our company's administrative, compliance, and operational functions. Your role ensures that our business runs smoothly, freeing up leadership to focus on growth. You'll handle legal, HR, and financial tasks with minimal supervision while making key business processes more efficient.

What You'll Be Doing:

Administrative & Document Management

  • Manage company records, employment contracts, and compliance documents.
  • Ensure business permits & licenses are updated.
  • Handle official company correspondence and filing systems.

Accounting & Payroll Coordination

  • Work with the company accountant on payroll, tax compliance & financial reports.
  • Review payroll computations before final processing.
  • Deposit client checks and maintain financial records.

Government & Legal Liaison

  • Communicate with DOLE for employee concerns or disputes.
  • Liaise with lawyers on legal matters, contracts & compliance.

HR & Employee Relations

  • Assist in hiring, onboarding & employee documentation.
  • Address employee concerns professionally & legally.

Client & Sales Support

  • Answer client calls and process purchase requests.
  • Ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.

General Business Support

  • Assist the owner with operational tasks as needed.
  • Handle confidential matters with professionalism & discretion.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

  • 3-5 years in office administration, HR, legal, or compliance roles.
  • Experience in handling payroll, business permits & government compliance is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational & time management skills.
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle legal & financial documents with accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws & compliance.
