We're Hiring: Remote Data Validation Specialist (ZoomInfo & HubSpot Pro)

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organizedData Validation Specialistto ensure the accuracy and integrity of our contact database. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to work independently to identify and resolve data discrepancies. You will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy of our contact information, ensuring that our team has access to the most up-to-date and reliable data.

Responsibilities:

Data Extraction and Validation: Pulllists of contact information from various sources. Validate the accuracy of each record, verifying employment status, phone numbers, titles, and email addresses.

Data Cleaning and Merging: Identifyand correct inconsistencies and errors in the data. Merge duplicate records, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.

Contact Reconciliation: Reviewmarked contacts to identify and correct inaccuracies. This may involve contacting individuals to confirm information or researching updates through online resources.

Data Reporting: Provideregular reports summarizing data quality improvements and any outstanding issues.

Process Improvement: Identifyopportunities to improve data validation processes and workflows. Understanding of ideal customer profile Working with multiple brands requires knowing which brand is in which market and which customer profile (title, industry, etc) is accurate for which market.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in data validation and databases

  • Proven experience in data analysis and validation.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and databases.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with HubSpot and Zoominfo

    Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge of data cleaning and merging techniques.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

  • Experience with Definitive Health Experience withClay.io
