The company serves as the trusted technological partner for businesses navigating digitalization and critical operations across the globe.Job DescriptionDrive consultancy projects focused on transforming oil and gas / water clients.Build and mentor a high-performing team of consultants, sharing your expertise, fostering independence, and inspiring enthusiasm.Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard by using appropriate methodologies and proactively managing risks.Utilize strong problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.Cultivate strong client relationships, demonstrating deep understanding of their needs and business challenges.Actively seek out new consulting opportunities and convert them into strategic proposals.Oversee the development and presentation of proposals in the oil and gas / water clients, ensuring they align with client requirements and your area of responsibility.The Successful ApplicantBusiness consulting background is preferred.Have led projects in the oil and gas / water space (process engineering, PMO, change management, etc.)Minimum experience of 6-9 years, at least part of it is under business consulting.Training in Engineering, business administration, or economics.MBA master's degree is a plus.Must be willing to travel locally and internationally.Able to identify business development opportunities.What's on OfferFlexible Benefits.HMO.Hybrid - 4x a month onsite.Performance bonus, Variable pay. #J-18808-Ljbffr
