TheManufacturing Associateis responsible for the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of assigned machines and equipment in accordance to proper handling instructions provided by the manufacturer.

  • Operates assigned machine to produce the materials needed in the process based on daily production target.
  • Performs calibration on a regular schedule to ensure product output is within specifications/standards.
  • Check raw materials for quality and quantity before loading them into the machine.
  • Ensure equipment is operating correctly by utilizing monitors and gauges on the equipment.
  • Prepares proper documentation in relation to calibration and materials produced.
  • Monitors machine for problems and troubleshoots without delay to ensure continuous production.
  • Prepares proper documentation in relation to downtime or repairs that were needed during the course of production,
  • Performs preventive maintenance on designated machines in accordance to standard procedures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of any bachelor's degree or vocational course.
  • Must have experience as a machine operator in the same industry.
  • Must be able to accomplishall necessary training and certifications needed to qualify as a Machine Operator.
  • Must have basic knowledgeof Microsoft Office programs and report preparation.
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedule inCanlubang, Laguna.
