Job DescriptionRole Purpose
The purpose of the role is to source and hire the right talent against the requirements shared by the business and ensuring a positive employer brand experience for the candidate throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities- Hire the required talent from the different sourcing channels:
- Understand business projections and urgency of talent requirements across order and cadre demands, skill type (type A/B/C), volume vs. niche etc.
- Create sourcing plan as per hiring channel mix and cost considerations.
- Utilize job portals, consultants, and employee referrals to find the right fit from the industry/within Wipro.
- Facilitate the selection process with the technical panel for shortlisted candidates.
- Facilitate different selection tests as per the requirement by the business.
- Conduct HR evaluation rounds and negotiate with the candidate(s) on salary, position, etc.
- Take necessary approval from the tower lead/head ensuring hiring is strictly as per Wipro's salary range.
- Formally roll out the job offer to the selected candidate(s) and coordinate with them for offer acceptance.
- Maintain relationships with selected candidate(s) until their joining.
- Coordinate with the HRSS team for background verification of the selected candidate.
- Communicate with Business Teams and Managers on the status of joining.
- Manage Candidate Experience throughout the recruitment process:
- Conduct candidate connect and pre-hiring engagement activities to ensure a healthy joining ratio.
- Adhere to Wipro guidelines, processes, and protocols in all candidate communication.
- Resolve candidate concerns and manage escalations to minimize negative experiences.
- Maintain data on the recruitment tool (Synergy) and upload candidate documents regularly.
- Ensure dashboards are updated for management review.
- Conduct meetings with WMG teams to update on hiring progress, risks, and issues.
- Conduct regular reviews with management to ensure the reliability and integrity of recruitment data.
- Fulfilment Targets: Numbers per quarter as per plan.
- Average Recruitment Cost Per Person: Deviation from Wipro salary range.
- Customer Satisfaction: Zero escalations and hiring manager satisfaction score as per plan.
- Cost of Hiring: Deviation from Channel Mix and Budget.
- Compliance: Zero deviation from Source-to-Hire policies and 100% online/tool data reliability.
