The Opportunity

Are you a skilled developer with a passion for optimizing business processes and ensuring quality excellence? Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a talentedETQ Developerto join our IT or Quality Systems team. Our ETQ Reliance system is a cornerstone of our document control, process management, quality management, and training management. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, configuring, and maintaining this critical platform, directly contributing to our operational efficiency and commitment to world-class quality.

What You'll Do

As an ETQ Developer, you will play a vital role in supporting and evolving our quality management system:

Design, develop, configure, and implement new modules, workflows, forms, and reports within the ETQ Reliance platform to meet evolving business requirements.

Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance activities to ensure the stability, performance, and availability of the ETQ Reliance system.

Work on integrating ETQ Reliance with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, PLM) to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

Collaborate closely with Quality, Operations, Engineering, and other business units to understand their needs, analyze existing processes, and propose solutions within ETQ Reliance to improve efficiency and compliance.

Develop custom reports and dashboards within ETQ Reliance to provide actionable insights into quality metrics and process performance.

Participate in system upgrades, patches, and the implementation of new features, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum benefit.

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.

Assist in training end-users and provide guidance on best practices for using the ETQ Reliance system.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.

3+ years of experience in developing, configuring, or administering the ETQ Reliance platform.

Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) principles and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001).

Proficiency in database concepts and SQL for data manipulation and reporting.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry is a plus.
