Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and participating in project planning, execution, and finalization.
  • Assisting in product support strategy development and implementation.
  • Coordinating and managing project tasks under senior project managers' guidance.
  • Delivering resolutions to customer issues using software knowledge.
  • Participating in team meetings and suggesting product/process improvements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for smooth project progression.
  • Assisting in project proposals, timeframes, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitoring project performance and reporting issues.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A recent degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in project management and technical support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
