Duties & Responsibilities

  • Pulls out parts
  • Transfers parts from one area to another within the dealership, from the plant, or between dealerships and affiliates
  • Reports any observed defects on parts to the Supervisor
  • Handles Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) monitoring
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Observes company policies, rules, and regulations
  • Maintains excellent attendance
  • Conducts regular inventory checks for discrepancies
  • Reports unusual observations in stocking and inventory to the supervisor
  • Acts as a counter salesman in the absence of the designated personnel
  • Keeps updated with the latest bulletins, announcements, and changes in spare parts and new models from manufacturers
  • Maintains harmonious relationships with other departments
  • Prepares orders for dispatch and related tasks
