Location: Cebu
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree Graduate of Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Studies or Administration Management.
- Minimum six (6) months to one (1) year of working experience.
- Computer savvy (MS Office).
- Strong communication skills and a good team player.
- Responsiveness.
- Independent, reliable, proactive, and assertive character.
- Coordinate with Head Office regarding:
- Credit and Collection Section – Accounts Receivable transactions
- Audit Section – Inventory Control transactions
- Purchasing Section – request for supplies and expense approvals
- Maintain the numerical sequence of sales invoices, delivery receipts, provisional receipts, or collection receipts weekly and monthly. Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Encode and post daily sales transactions and collections in customers' accounts. Schedule and prepare daily deliveries.
- Monitor and update inventory records daily, with weekly replenishment.
- Deposit cash collections and checks daily.
- Manage revolving fund, monitor, and liquidate daily expenses weekly.
- Prepare purchase requisition requests.
- Monitor DTRs of delivery drivers, helpers, and warehouse personnel, and submit reports to HO.
- Prepare semi-monthly salaries for merchandisers in VISMIN areas.
- Conduct physical warehouse inventories, reconcile discrepancies, and report monthly or as needed.
- Report daily truck conditions and status, submitting reports to Logistics Department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
