Position Title: Finance Admin (UK)
Work Set Up: Onsite
Schedule: 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM PH Time
Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
The role of the Finance Admin is to work within a team and take instruction from the Australian Finance Team Leader and Group Finance Director to ensure timely and accurate reporting of tasks, especially regarding customer deliveries and supplier shipments.
What You'll Do:
- Chase, record, and reconcile Proof of Delivery (POD), Delivery Notes, and Delivery Confirmations
- Perform data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensure accurate input and coding of information to maintain correct records
- Assist the Finance Leader and Managers with various tasks and projects as required
