The Role: Quotation Analyst

What will you do?

  1. Determines project schedule and ASCO's scope of work by studying project plan and specifications.
  2. Creates proposals, quotations and compilation of project documentations via company's Digital Tools (Synergy, PRMS, bFO).
  3. Categorizes each proposal depending on application and specification requirements (300 Series and/or 7000 Series).
  4. Receives updates for review of project plans, specifications, schedule changes and recommend actions when needed.
  5. Provides technical support for the company's internal customers.
  6. Research, accumulate and compile reports on marketing information in relation to the company's products, its customers and its competitors.
  7. Carry out other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

Who would be successful?

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/ECE.
  2. Specific Knowledge/Ability:
    1. With at least 6 months related experience in a customer service & project management environment (BPO customer service/ order management/ project engineer).
    2. Organizational skills required for carrying out daily duties particularly in terms of time and priorities.
    3. Close attention to detail, follow-up, extreme sense of urgency and perseverance.
    4. Knowledge of computer systems and experience in data entry.
    5. Excellent written and oral communication capabilities using US English.
    6. Proficiency in utilizing SalesForce is helpful.
    7. Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift in BGC Taguig.
