Job Summary:

Recruitment Partners play a critical role within the recruitment team. You are responsible for end-to-end recruitment and client management within your given vertical. Recruitment Partners lead the recruitment process end to end, autonomously and seamlessly managing the client relationship and experience. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates to meet client hiring requirements, while ensuring data accuracy and adherence to recruitment processes. The Recruitment Partner works with the direction of the Recruitment Lead and collaborates with sourcing teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and high-quality recruitment delivery.

New Client Calibration: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and expectations to ensure accurate candidate alignment. Use Staff Domain's calibration methodology to ensure a positive client experience.

Job Description (JD) Sign-Off: Partner with clients to finalize and approve job descriptions before the recruitment commences.

Candidate Acquisition: Use your own sourcing strategies and partner with the sourcing team to identify and engage candidates fit for your active roles and pipe-lining for future requisitions.

Candidate Qualification: Interview candidates for specific roles, identifying their suitability for the role. Tagging and talent pooling as you go and adding all notes to the system ensuring data integrity of the Zoho database.

Candidate Experience: At all time craft and execute an immaculate candidate experience ensuring all candidates leave the Staff Domain process with a positive experience. Maintain candidate control throughout the process and manage any issues proactively to avoid fall out.

Client Interviews: Attend interviews with clients for new client headcount requests.

Existing Client Recalibration: Regularly check in with existing clients to assess their evolving needs and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. Clients with active roles should be contacted by phone every 2 days with updates on the process, market feedback and next steps.

Weekly Pipeline Updates: Provide a weekly round-up email to clients, highlighting the status of the recruitment process and next steps.

De-escalation and Prevention: Handle any client concerns or escalations proactively, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution.

Client Queries: Address general client queries or direct them to the appropriate channels (CSM, HR, Sales).

Recruitment Process Management:
  1. Manage recruitment activities for assigned roles from role calibration to offer stage.
  2. Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and clients.
  3. Support the Recruitment Lead during client calibration discussions and recalibrations where required. Eventually, once fully trained and confident you'll lead calibrations with clients.
Offer Management: Manage the offer process through pre-closing procedures and on the phone final verbal offers (VO) to candidates. Obtaining VOVAs (verbal offer/verbal acceptance) on the phone and update the client.

Transition to HR and CSM: Ensure a seamless transition of candidate responsibilities to HR and CSM once a candidate has signed their Job Offer (JO).

Data Management and Reporting
  1. Maintain accurate and timely data entry in Zoho for all recruitment activities.
  2. Update candidate status, interview outcomes, and offer details promptly.
  3. Submit progress updates to the Recruitment Lead as required.
Reporting and Communication
  1. Reports directly to the Recruitment Lead.
  2. Provides regular updates on recruitment progress, pipeline status, and challenges.
  3. Escalates issues and concerns to the Recruitment Lead for resolution.
  4. Participates in team meetings, calibration sessions, and performance reviews.
Compliance and Process Adherence
  1. Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures and data privacy standards.
  2. Adhere to candidate control processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  3. Monitor and maintain quality standards in recruitment delivery as directed by the Recruitment Lead.
Mentoring: Actively mentoring junior recruiters within the recruitment team, providing regular feedback, guidance and coaching.

RequirementsRequirements/Skills Needed:
  1. Proficient in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.
  2. Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
  3. Good understanding of various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases).
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
  7. Working knowledge of recruitment management software (Zoho preferred).
  8. Minimum of 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in agency, in-house or BPO/RPO environments.
  9. Experience working with client-facing teams or in a client-servicing role is preferred.
  10. Familiarity with recruitment KPIs, reporting tools, and CRM systems.
  11. Preferably someone with IT or Technical recruitment experience (Software Development and / or Infrastructure).
