About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Permits and License Liaison to join our team at La Ca'Granda Wine Pair Trading Inc. in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for liaising with local government agencies to obtain the necessary permits and licenses required for our operations. Your expertise will play a crucial part in ensuring our compliance with all relevant regulations and supporting the growth of our business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identify and stay up-to-date with all permit and licensing requirements for our business operations
  2. Prepare and submit permit and license applications to the appropriate local government authorities
  3. Liaise with government officials to follow up on the status of applications and resolve any issues or queries
  4. Maintain accurate records of all permit and license documentation
  5. Advise on any changes to regulations that may impact our business and recommend appropriate actions
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated approach to permit and licensing matters

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar permits and licensing liaison role, preferably within the government or public sector, especially FDA Philippines.
  2. Strong understanding of local government regulations and permitting processes
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with government officials
  4. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  5. Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks
  6. Familiarity with the wine industry and related regulations would be an advantage, CPR Processing to FDA
