We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Product Support Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on providing exceptional software support for PLM for Process solutions, ensuring timely issue resolution, and delivering a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is analytical, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, global support environment.

A Day In a Life:

  • Deliver expert-level software support forPLM for Processapplications.
  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis of technical issues.
  • Recommend and implement effective solutions or workarounds.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
  • Manage customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and support sessions via Zoom or similar platforms.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and best practices in internal knowledge bases.

What You Will Need:

  • Strong background insoftware support, preferably withERP systemsfor global external clients.
  • Bachelor's degree inInformation Technology,Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with international stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience indebugging, reading code logic, and understanding system workflows.
