Why is this role important to us?

Product Development brings together 750+ technology professionals across 75 agile teams, leading innovation in our solutions and organization.

As a QA Engineer in our Connectivity Frameworks Product Area, you'll help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of SimCorp Dimension, strengthen our integration frameworks, and support clients on their Cloud journey.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Design, implement, and maintain automated and manual test cases for integration and connectivity solutions. Collaborate closely with Product Management, Architects, and developers to ensure high-quality releases. Participate in backlog refinement, user story validation, and product demos. Identify, track, and report defects, ensuring timely resolution. Document testing processes, contribute to continuous improvement, and adopt modern QA practices (e.g., test automation, exploratory testing).

What We Value

We're looking for someone who combines technical excellence with leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate should have:

Extensive experience in software testing and QA practices. Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (.Net, Playwright, REST API testing, gRPC testing). Experience in peer reviews and code/test quality tools (SonarQube, Codescene is a plus). Understanding of security and performance testing for distributed systems. Effective communication skills and fluency in English.

Nice to Have

Experience with Azure cloud (API Gateway, Key Vault, Service Bus, Azure AD, AppInsights). Strategic thinking and effective analytical skills focused on business outcomes. Familiarity with Lean Agile practices. Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
