Overview of the Job:
As the Sales and Marketing Officer, the role will be responsible for both driving sales and managing marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and support lead generation for the IT solutions. The role will develop, implement, and optimize integrated marketing strategies while also nurturing client relationships to generate sales.

Job Responsibilities:

Marketing Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with company goals and business objectives.
  2. Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, SEO, SEM, content marketing).
  3. Create and manage content, including blog posts, case studies, eBooks, whitepapers, videos, and infographics, to engage potential clients and build thought leadership.
  4. Oversee social media channels, monitor engagement, and increase follower base through consistent and effective content and engagement strategies.
  5. Perform market research and analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  6. Coordinate with the design team to produce marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and online ads.
  7. Track the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for optimization to improve ROI.
  8. Create email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials to nurture leads and promote new products or services.
Sales Responsibilities:
  1. Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound activities, including prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  2. Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell services and generate repeat business.
  3. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations of products and services.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  5. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to adjust strategies and ensure consistent revenue growth.

Qualifications:

Education:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Information Technology.
Experience:
  1. Above 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the IT or technology industry.
  2. Proven ability to design and execute successful marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
Skills:
  1. Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  2. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo).
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creating compelling marketing content.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  5. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  6. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
