The Cash Management Staff performs operational/technical tasks under set directions, policies, guidelines and procedures in Cash Management.

General Responsibilities:A.) Payment Processing
  • Confirm treasury investment, debt and forex transactions with counterparty banks
  • Prepare/generate letter instructions/checks/documents needed to settle treasury bank account transfers and investment and forex transactions with counterparty banks
  • Initiate settlement of treasury transactions through online platforms
  • Deliver transaction documents to banks and other counterparties
  • Deposit company checks to disbursing accounts
  • Prepare/generate letter instructions/checks/documents needed to settle company payment obligation
  • Prepare/generate letter instructions/checks/documents needed to settle subsidiary payment obligations
  • Process requests for foreign currency for employee travel
  • Safekeep documents related to treasury transactions, company and subsidiary payments or investments
  • Process returned and stale checks
B.) Management of Banking Relationships
  • Prepare/generate instructions/documents needed to open/close bank accounts
C.) Conduct of Working Fund Management and Cashiering
  • Process collections/remittances from various offices/third parties
  • Release of outsourced checks
  • Release of employee reimbursements through working fund
  • Ensure complete recording released outsourced checks
  • Monitor status of unpresented checks
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any business course
  • With at least 2 years of relevant work experience gained from banking and/or finance industry
  • Familiarity with various Treasury products and services is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Manifests high degree of integrity and trustworthiness
  • Demonstrates ability to take on and accomplish multiple tasks even with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)
