Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Training and OD Specialist who will design, implement, and assess impactful learning and organizational development programs. This role plays a key part in strengthening employee capabilities, driving performance, and cultivating a positive company culture.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement training programs that align with organizational goals
  2. Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and opportunities
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and continuously improve content
  4. Lead performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  5. Support leadership development, succession planning, and change management strategies
  6. Collaborate with various teams to promote a culture of continuous learning and growth

What Our Client Is Looking For

  1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
  2. At least 3–5 years of experience in training, organizational development, or HR-related roles
  3. Strong background in learning program design, performance management, and culture-building initiatives
  4. Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments
