About This Role

The Learning and Development Specialist will oversee and manage the learning and development programs within the organization, ensuring employees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to advance their careers.

  • Work closely with managers and employees to identify learning needs
  • Create training content that aligns with organizational goals and objectives
  • Ensure training programs are effective and efficient
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop learning materials and resources
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive sessions
  • Develop evaluation strategies to assess training effectiveness
  • Monitor training metrics and key performance indicators
  • Coordinate training logistics and maintain records
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Education, Marketing Communications, Human Resources Management, or Equivalent Course.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Specialist/Officer Role.
  • At least 3 years' experience in facilitating soft skills training (conflict management, leadership, etc.).
  • Related experience in Instructional Design, Module Development, and Training Delivery.
  • Excellent English Language skills; Communication skills, People skills & Facilitation skills.
  • Mastery in presentation skills (PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Excellent Analytical Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively as a team.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning concepts is necessary.
  • Flexible to travel.
  • With Data Analytics skills, Performance Management, Learning Management Systems, and Project Management.
