Overview

Service Delivery Manager - PMO

As a PMO Service Delivery Manager, you will lead a high-performing team and ensure the successful delivery of services through effective management and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and controlling team performance to ensure adherence to systems, methodologies, and procedures
  • Providing ongoing coaching and development support to team members
  • Driving change and influencing positive outcomes through strong leadership
  • Ensuring processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals
  • Implementing and managing process changes and optimizations
  • Collaborating closely with headquarters and international subsidiaries
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with IT services
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Flexible and receptive to evolving responsibilities and changing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Willing to work on a Graveyard Shift
  • Willing to work Onsite
Requirements
  • Proven 4 years of experience in service delivery or project management
  • Strong leadership, people management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication skills and command of English (spoken and written)
  • Good analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions quickly
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Willing to work onsite
