Project Contract for 12 months

The Architectural Planner - Product Planning (Rendering) develops and delivers high-quality architectural renders for both conceptual and marketing visualizations aligned with the design plans. The role collaborates with product planning, project development, and marketing teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery. The individual can work independently with minimal supervision and possesses strong communication skills, contributing to the development of innovative rendering strategies to streamline future projects.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality visual outputs, ensuring adherence to standards for modelling, rendering, and post-processing.
  • Produces 3D models, façade studies, and renders for conceptual and marketing levels.
  • Illustrates directions for visual outputs, including style, composition, and overall aesthetic, and communicates clear expectations to the team.
  • Report directly to the immediate head and assist on presentation of render outputs to project development, marketing, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Initiate open communication and collaboration with designers and clients, encouraging regular feedback and incorporating suggestions into the rendering process.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate of BS Architecture
  • Must be a Licensed Architect
  • Technical knowledge of architectural and engineering plans
  • At least 1 year experience in architectural design field and rendering
  • Experienced in planning and 3D modelling software: AutoCAD; SketchUp; Enscape; Lumion; Photoshop
  • Good social communication skills for presentation and team collaborations
  • Able to perform with minimum supervision
