About the Role

Fig Advisory is seeking a 
skilled Architectural Draftsperson
 to join our engineering and planning support team in Quezon City. In this full-time role, you will support urban and town planning projects for Australian clients by preparing detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualisations that bring developments to life.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Produce accurate CAD and Revit/ArchiCAD drawings for urban layouts, zoning concepts, and building placements.
  • Prepare master planning drawings, streetscape designs, and subdivision layouts.
  • Develop 3D models and visualisations to support planning presentations and approvals.
  • Collaborate with architects, planners, and engineers to align with technical and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain high drawing standards, version control, and project accuracy.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, and SketchUp (or similar).
  • Experience in town planning, subdivisions, or urban design support is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with international teams and meet deadlines.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to growth.
