Overview

Responsibilities
  • Conducting site inspections and assessments to identify and resolve sanitation-related issues
  • Designing and overseeing the installation of plumbing, drainage, and sewage systems for commercial and industrial buildings
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and local authorities, to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans to optimize the performance and lifespan of sanitation systems
  • Providing technical guidance and support to project managers and construction teams
  • Preparing detailed reports, drawings, and documentation to support project delivery
Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS Sanitary Engineering; Must be a Registered Sanitary Engineer
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience
  • Knowledgeable in Facilities and Equipment Management (Civil works, structural, waterproofing, etc)
  • Experienced in troubleshooting building defects / technical issues as well as provide solution
  • Has adequate customer service, communication, and computer skills
  • Able to read and interpret technical shop drawings and plans
  • Efficient and trustworthy
  • Has high sense of urgency
  • Has the ability to work well both as part of the team and on his own initiative with good organizational skills
  • Candidates must be willing to work on-site at North Edsa, Quezon City
