Job description

1. JOB MISSION / OBJECTIVE(S)

The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders and departments within the organization. This role acts as a liaison between management and employees, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational success. The HRBP provides expertise in areas such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

2. SPECIFIC DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR programs and workforce strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Analyze workforce trends, identify talent gaps, and propose proactive solutions to address business needs.
  3. Participate in organizational planning and change management initiatives to support growth and development.
  4. Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies.
  5. Provide guidance on Talent Acquisition, including sourcing strategies, job requirements, candidate assessment, and new hire onboarding process.
  6. Support in implementing employee development initiatives, including performance management, training, and career development planning.
  7. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  8. Mediating employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and recommending solutions to resolve conflicts and/or minimize grievances.
  9. Provide sound insights and guidance to employees on issues related to compensation and benefits, timekeeping matters, status of employment, etc.
  10. Develop and handle programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement and communication.
  11. Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and practices across the organization.
  12. Utilize HR data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  13. Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards to business leaders, highlighting key trends and insights.
  14. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
  15. Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
