JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dependable and meticulous Field Auditor to oversee audit processes across multiple retail store locations. This role is essential for maintaining operational compliance, validating inventory accuracy, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and loss prevention.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Conduct on-site audits focusing on inventory management, cash handling, and adherence to operational procedures

  • Evaluate store compliance with company policies and standard operating guidelines

  • Record audit findings and discrepancies, and produce thorough, actionable reports for management

  • Engage with store personnel to collect information, clarify issues, and explain audit results

  • Track and verify the completion of corrective actions to address audit findings

  • Offer practical feedback and suggestions to enhance operational consistency and reduce shrinkage

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in auditing, with preference given to those with retail background

  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication abilities

  • Flexibility to travel regularly for fieldwork across various store locations

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Monday - Office/Reporting Day in Sta. Cruz, Manila (Head Office)

  • Tuesday to Saturday - Frequent travel and on-site store audits as required
