POSITION SUMMARY
As a Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for promoting awareness of and enforcing our Code of Conduct, policies, programs, and processes. You will provide high-quality, real-time solutions to employee inquiries and requests by utilizing your comprehensive knowledge of internal HR policies related to benefits, compensation, employment, employee relations, payroll, training, and reporting.
Additionally, you will ensure accurate entry and maintenance of all employee information within our HR system(s), correcting any errors as necessary. You will address questions promptly and accurately, and when required, escalate and route issues to the appropriate HR team member or department for resolution.
You will also provide hiring support by posting job advertisements, screening for minimum qualifications for the role, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. Upon identifying suitable candidates, you will collaborate with the appropriate HR team member to prepare employment offers and contracts and support the onboarding process of new employees.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of related work experience.
