JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Ensures 100% actual moves to FG performance against weekly manufacturing capacity.
  2. Ensures a high percentage of cycle time performance every week.
  3. Prepares daily machine loadings and allocations aligned with weekly commitment.
  4. Responsible for squeezing in lots for urgent shipment, engineering samples, and pilot lots.
  5. Sends lot start plans, weekly commitments, and updates on possible misses and performance.
  6. Provides weekly FG performance analysis.
  7. Sends daily updates on critical devices, hot lots, and line down situations.
  8. Provides a daily quick update on FG status for all product/device families and weekly FG projections.
  9. Identifies critical issues affecting weekly FG projections.
  10. Monitors and expedites lots according to planned completion dates.
  11. Sends reasons for overdue lots and proposes new completion dates.
  12. Checks WIP lots at test and backend stages and follows up with support groups to expedite disposition for non-moving lots.
  13. Knowledgeable of Oracle functions, including product routes, operations, and data manipulation.
  14. Uses lot start release reports and Planned Order Reports for weekly planning, allocation, and prioritization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BS in Engineering and 2+ years of experience as an individual contributor or equivalent education and related experience.
