Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and execute social media strategies to attract top talent in the online space.
  2. Manage day-to-day operation of the company's social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and other online platforms to maximize reach and conversions.
  3. Ensure current social media strategy aligns with brand guidelines and company goals.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align talent marketing and hiring requirements.
  5. Analyze key metrics, interpret, and provide reports on social media performance to optimize future campaigns.
  6. Research current social media marketing trends.

Qualifications

  1. Has a degree in BA/BS in marketing, communications, or any related field.
  2. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager.
  3. Background in marketing, recruitment, and employer branding with a proven track record.
  4. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and keyword research is a plus.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  6. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  7. Excellent written communication, copywriting, and analysis skills.
  8. Knowledge of online marketing channels.
  9. Creative mindset with an eye for design aesthetics.
  10. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  11. Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup.
