Industrial Engineer - The Medical City Clinic

Responsibilities
  • Direct message the job poster from The Medical City
  • Conducts clinic assessment within the agreed schedules and submits required reports promptly with, form, and substance
  • Solicits regular feedback from internal customers such as the Immediate head, Operational Excellence leads, etc. related to process improvement
  • Assists in facilitating and creating/ improving critical processes based on operational concerns
  • Assists operations and other support departments during the review, creation, revision, and update of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or Department Policy Manual (DPM)
  • Leads and supports in the alignment of practices with local and internationally recognized excellence criteria such as ISO, JCI, etc. Develops and implements initiatives to evaluate process efficiency and effectiveness across the clinic network Fa
  • Facilitates the review, revision, standardization and update of all standard documents in TMC Clinic sites
  • Develops and implements a documentation review and revision system for all fundamental processes across the network
  • Supports the CSS Head in ensuring that the key initiatives of the department are executed according to the approved implementation plan e.g., timelines, targets, tools, and deliverables across the organization
  • Prepares materials for trainings based on identified training interventions such as Lean Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, Benchmarking, etc.
  • Prepares reports as requested by immediate head
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
