The Role

As an Operations Analyst in the APAC regional team, you will focus on executing regional processes and managing local depots and teams. Your responsibilities include ensuring fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency through daily operations management.

You will own end-to-end process execution, from real estate expansion to property management, ensuring health and safety standards are met, and managing partner networks.

Reporting to the APAC Regional Operations Director, your actions will directly impact regional results and require coordination with team members and local operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Become an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to their evolution.
  2. Support regional and local leadership in achieving operational goals.
  3. Manage relationships with local partners and suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency.
  4. Execute stock replenishment procedures.
  5. Contribute to the development of real estate standards for safety and operational excellence.
  6. Negotiate with suppliers and expand the partner network.
  7. Drive efficiency targets within your region.
Candidate Profile
  1. Degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  2. Proactive with initiative-taking skills; experience in procurement and supplier management is a plus.
  3. Organized, analytical, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  4. Detail-oriented with adherence to procedures.
  5. Team-oriented and adaptable to unforeseen challenges.
  6. Excellent communication skills in English.
