In this role, you will craft visually stunning, story-driven content that amplifies Ecoversity's mission and message across digital platforms. Beginning with our Herbalism Campaign, your work will help showcase the beauty of plants, people, and connection. You'll also contribute to future campaigns, helping shape how we engage with a global audience of learners.

As a Social Media Video Editor, you'll join our creative team to craft visually stunning and story-driven content that amplifies Ecoversity's message across digital platforms. Starting with our Herbalism Campaign, you'll help us showcase the beauty of plants, people, and connection. Your work will extend to future initiatives, shaping how we connect with our global audience.

• Create compelling video content for social media, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Work closely with the creative team to plan, storyboard, shoot, and edit videos that align with Ecoversity's brand and mission.
• Capture the essence of our campaigns, like the Herbalism Campaign, by highlighting our teachers, the natural world and getting creative with trends.
• Edit videos with attention to detail, ensuring engaging pacing, transitions, and storytelling for digital audiences.
• Incorporate subtitles, motion graphics, and on-brand animations as needed.
• Deliver final assets optimized for various platforms and formats.

• You can turn any setting—be it a forest, garden, or kitchen—into a cinematic masterpiece.
• You know how to tell a story with a camera and can edit it into a scroll-stopping social media moment.
• You geek out on trends but know how to keep content timeless and authentic.
• You've got a knack for working efficiently, balancing creativity with meeting deadlines.
• You're the kind of person who picks up the phone to solve problems instead of waiting for back-and-forth emails.
• You're equally comfortable using a drone as you are editing in Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
• You believe technology can help bring people closer to nature and each other.

• 2+ years of experience in video editing, content creation, or a related field.
• Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (experience with Canva and After Effects is a plus).
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition to create impactful and engaging videos.
• Ability to work with raw footage and turn it into polished, professional-quality content.
• Familiarity with creating content for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels.
• Exceptional attention to detail—you catch things others miss and ensure every frame looks its best.
• Ability to accept constructive feedback and iterate quickly while maintaining a collaborative approach.
• Experience with color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics is a bonus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A passion for regenerative practices, sustainability, and education, reflected in your work.
• Creative problem-solving skills—you thrive on creating something extraordinary, even with limited resources.
