Join our Equities Operations team, a vital part of the broader Corporate Operations Group at Macquarie Capital, supporting the Equities trading business. The team manages post-trade life cycle controls for equities trading across global markets.

This role requires 3 days a week in our office, with hybrid working options available.

What role will you play?

This leadership role focuses on Commission Sharing and Accounts Receivable operations, supporting Macquarie Capital's trading activities, where clients access global markets for equities execution and share brokerage commissions with research providers. You will engage with traders, desk heads, business managers, external clients, vendors, and stakeholders within the Corporate Operations Group.

You will also drive process transformation to improve controls, efficiencies, and client experiences, and serve as a senior point of escalation for stakeholder management.

What You Offer
  • Deep understanding of post-trade equities operations, including middle office or settlements
  • Knowledge of control and risk frameworks in banking operations
  • Ability to lead and support team growth as a strong team player
  • Proficient communication and presentation skills, with experience managing senior stakeholders
  • Proven track record in driving change and managing challenging scenarios to achieve outcomes
  • Experience in commission sharing and/or accounts receivable is advantageous
