Working Days and Shifts
  • Working Days: Mondays to Fridays if Mid or Night Shift; Tuesdays to Saturdays if Morning Shift
  • Available Shift Options (You may choose): PH Morning shift 6 AM, PH Mid shift 5 PM or PH Night shift 10 PM
What You Will Be Doing
  • Contribute to the backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers of our Cloud and on-premise services
  • Collaborate closely with the team: reviewing pull requests, suggesting improvements, helping teammates, and discussing solutions
  • Interface with other development teams regarding integration and dependencies
  • Develop and maintain code documentation
  • Follow Agile methodologies and continuous delivery processes
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of commercial web application development
  • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and API development (REST/GraphQL)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and Docker
  • Good understanding of software best practices (testing, design patterns, security)
  • Comfortable with Git-based workflows and agile tools (GitHub/Bitbucket, Jira)
Good to have skills
  • Familiarity with Jenkins, CircleCI, or Bamboo
  • Hands-on with Kubernetes, Helm, and AWS services (EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, VPC)
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in English.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
