Executive Crypto Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive executive to oversee our engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, leadership, and team management.

  • Drive business growth and success by owning the product roadmap.
  • Develop and manage project budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Foster collaboration and productivity among diverse teams.
  • Plan and execute project strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Research and develop innovative products that meet customer needs.
  • Identify training and talent development needs to upskill and reskill team members.
  • Secure upper management support for new initiatives.
  • Provide clear instructions to engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have foresight, excellent communication skills, and risk management aptitude. Proven supervisory and technical skills are essential.

Requirements:
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Architect certification.
  • Experience with Design Thinking/Product Management principles.
  • Familiarity with Sonarqube or similar code review tools.
  • Experience with feature management tools like LaunchDarkly or Split.
  • Master's degree in engineering management, technical management, or business administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Extensive engineering experience.
  • Proven supervisory and technical skills.
